Kevin was awesome throughout the selling process of 2 properties in the Scottsville area (1 farm, 1 house) owned by my aging parents. He gave both properties serious attention (more than was received from another broker). He has a great understanding of the local Scottsville market, and provided us with spot-on advice during all phases of the sale of both properties ... property preparation, listing, contract negotiations, and closing. Always professional, and a calming influence during the inevitable anxiety attacks. And he helped us get all the little things taken care of that were needed ... since I reside outside the area. Very highly recommended T. Walker
